    • Overview:

The KL series synchro is an inductive electromechanical component. It is typically used in combination of two or more units within a system. Its function is to convert the rotation angle of a shaft into an electrical signal, or vice versa, thereby achieving angle transmission, transformation, and reception. It is widely used in synchronous drives, servo systems, and calculation devices, transmitting angular displacement without mechanical connection between the transmitter and receiver to automatically indicate angle, position, distance, and commands. The KL series power synchro can also directly transmit torque, primarily used in rolling and coiling systems in automated steel production lines, and also in the petrochemical industry.

      Structural Features:

This series of synchros all feature a closed structure, with salient-pole stators. The three-phase windings D1, D2, and D3, connected in a star configuration, are directly led out from the slots. The LF, LJ, and LK synchro rotors are salient-pole type, equipped with 1-2 short-circuit circuits. The KB synchro rotor is non-salient-pole, with single-phase windings Z1 and Z2, led out through two pairs of slip rings and brushes. The KCF and LCF synchro rotors are also non-salient-pole, but they have star-connected three-phase windings Z1, Z2, and Z3, led out through three pairs of slip rings and brushes. The power synchro's stator and rotor are both non-salient-pole. Except for ZCF, which has three-phase windings Z1, Z2, and Z3, and ZKB, which has single-phase windings Z1 and Z2, the ZLF and ZLJ synchro have two orthogonal windings: one is a single-phase excitation winding Z1 and Z2, and the other is a damping winding that is already short-circuited. All rotor windings are led out through two or three pairs of slip rings and brushes. To meet damping performance requirements, the receiver rotor is equipped with a mechanical damper.
